The app was submitted September 12. The submit process was complicated but straightforward. The only real problem was with the functionality of iTunes Connect. Evidently it is a new version and the documentation was not up to date.
On September 23 the app was given the status "Ready for Sale" but it did not appear on the App Store. This made me contact Apple Support and even submit a version 1.01 out of pure nervosity. This was totally unnecessary and Turtliac entered the App Store on September 30.
Today it has been up for download for 11 days and it has been downloaded 25 times.
